You may be inside, but your spirit will feel as though it’s soaring in ethereal clouds when you cast your eyes on the stones that truly pop out against the mixed brass chains of this necklace.  These chains are vibrant in detail, with one bearing a feminine flower pendant and Herkimer dangling Diamond.  This pendant was skillfully hammered by workers at Laura’s Workshop, located deep in the heart of Mexico. These workers are trained to help lift their community out of poverty, and be given life skills to be used for future success on their own.

The rich color of a garnet is set off by the wire wrapped Moonstone it’s sweetly next to, and you’ll be captivated by the glimmer of the multi-faceted appearance of the Paraiba Flourite Quartz.  More glimmering moonstone and garnets round out this stunning piece and coordinate the color scheme perfectly.

About our brass findings: Laura’s Jewelry Workshop is located deep in the heart of Mexico.  This community workshop focuses on lifting women and men out of poverty.  They teach jewelry making skills.  They also sell the jewelry findings that is produced by the students themselves.  The students are mentored until they feel they can offer their work for sale.  This “teach a woman to fish” model can permanently lift whole communities from poverty.
